“
Visualize this thing that you want, see it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blueprint, and begin to build"
Robert Collier, author of "New Thought" metaphysical books

Law of Attraction Visualization is one of the most powerful tools to help manifest your dreams and desires.
It can be used for many things such as deciding what you want to attract, clearing abundance blocks or bringing your thoughts and beliefs in alignment with your dream life.
Why Visualize your Dreams
Maybe you’ve heard the saying, “The body won’t go where the mind has not gone first”.
This is basically saying that before you can achieve something, you need to picture it in your mind as if it has already happened.
Whilst the movie Inception (one of my all-time favourite films) is fictional, the story is loosely based on the fact that you can deliberately "trick" your mind and kind of ‘implant’ an imaginary, self-created reality into your subconscious.
This works because your brain can’t actually tell the difference between reality and something that you vividly visualize.
Consequently, once you’ve performed the ‘inception’ and reprogrammed your brain, your subconscious wants to close the gap that it sees between what you are currently doing and what you visualize.
So your mind holds onto the images and uses them as a kind of road map to keep you on track to manifesting that mental picture into your physical reality, hence closing the gap between the reality and the imagined future vision.

Reprogramming your subconscious with visualization is therefore a very important step in manifesting. You can use it to break down and replace old negative beliefs and to help make your dreams become a reality.
Below I’ll show you how to incorporate visualization into your Law of Attraction daily routine to help you to quickly attract more of what you want.
Step 1: Prepare to Visualize

Now that you know what you want and why, it’s time to start preparing for your visualization journey. Before getting into the visualization, spend some time preparing so that it will deepens your practice.
Time:
I recommend setting a specific time to do it on a daily basis. The best time is right after waking up or just before going to sleep.
Place:
Make sure you find a quiet and comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed for the next 15 minutes – this is another reason why early morning or late evening is good as you are less likely to be interrupted!
Make sure you are wearing something comfortable.
Step 2: Visualize What You Want
With law of attraction visualisation, when you visualize something, it won’t just immediately appear in your life, this requires action.
But your subconscious mind can’t guide you to take the appropriate action unless it clearly knows what you want!
So… before you start any kind of visualisation, ask yourself:
Do you know what you really want and why you want it?
If the answer to either one is these is no then I suggest your first visualization sessions should be used to answer these questions.
Close your eyes and ask yourself the questions and ponder the answers.
When you come up with some answers, start to visualize the object of your desires in your mind. Be as specific as possible.
The more detailed you visualize something, the stronger the anchor in your subconscious.
For example, you might decide you want a house near the beach so that you can experience the cool sea breeze every day.
If that’s the case, decide how big the house should be, what the view from your bedroom window would look like, how many bedrooms it has, does it have a pool etc.?
Then, in your mind visualize walking outside the front door and feel the breeze on your face, pay attention to the smells and the sounds around you.
If it’s some kind of object, imagine it exactly and see yourself holding it in your hand. Pay attention to the shapes and colours. Notice if it’s warm or cold.
Make it as specific as possible so that it’s a concrete objective in your mind and not some vague dream.
If your desired outcome is not a tangible thing, then concentrate more on the sights , sounds, smells and tastes. Deeply feel the emotions that arise as you experience attaining your dream.
Step 3: Take a selfie
Once you’ve immersed yourself in your law of attraction visualization of whatever it is that you desire, you can use the ‘selfie’ technique to effectively bring that future vision back to the present.
So in our example above, you may have travelled forward in time to visualise yourself owning the house of your dreams.
Whilst still in this future vision, imagine taking a selfie on your phone with you stood in front of your amazing dream home.

Then, with your eyes still closed, slowly pull yourself back to the present and look at this picture on your phone.
Feel how amazing it is to have reached your goal and realised your dreams.
Then make the picture bigger, brighter and with vivid, intense colours.
Step 4: Ending the Visualization
When its time to end your law of attraction visualization don’t hurry
Take a couple of minutes to transition gradually back to the present reality.
Slowly shift your focus from your inner world to the outer world.
Notice the sounds around you start to move your upper body slowly and gently starting with your head, neck, shoulders… take a deep breath and now open your eyes.
Wrap Up
Try to make you law of attraction visualization a daily part of your life.
Your mind really can help you to achieve your goals but it’s important to you maintain your visualization practice until your ideas feel real.
Once your visualizations have been fully absorbed by your subconscious, your mind will do everything it can to help you to manifest that into your reality.
Visualization is a powerful tool that can help to bring about inspired action and ultimately lead to the success that your desire!
