Law Of Attraction Meditation – Relax Your Way to Success

Manifestation and the Law of Attraction are based on the theory that like attracts like. This means that negative thoughts such as pessimism and depression will likely result in the attraction of more of the same into your life. In order to create a life you are happy with then, you first need to choose to feel positive about life in general. Easier said than done right? But Law Of Attraction meditation can help you with this!

Choose the positive. You have choice, you are master of your attitude, choose the positive, the constructive. Optimism is a faith that leads to success.” 


In its basic form, meditation is simply a relaxation technique. This is why it’s such a useful tool for manifestation, because it helps to silence your mind and can help you to improve your focus.

Law Of Attraction Meditation Helps Focus Your Thoughts

Without meditation practice, many people can find it very difficult to focus their thoughts.

For example you might try a simple visualisation to improve your finances. You might imagine your bank account balance increasing, seeing the numbers going up and up.

But then all of a sudden the numbers start to go down at an increasing rate and quickly turn red!

This image came from your own mind but is completely opposite to what your wanted to visualise.

As meditation requires you to focus on just one thing (your breath for example), it can help you to train your mind to focus better.

A Meditation For Manifestation

If you are unhappy in some way with your life, whether it’s a lack of money, a dead end job, a controlling partner or you feel like you have simply lost sight of what makes you happy, this law of attraction meditation might help to you control your focus and help you to manifest your ideal life and reach true happiness!

Create your own movie then step into it

Find a location where  you will not be disturbed. With your eyes still open, start by taking a few deep, slow breathes in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Close your eyes and breath normally.

When you breath in, visualise breathing in positive feelings of love, abundance, good health and happiness.

When you breath out, see yourself releasing negative feelings in your out breath such as fear, stress and doubt.

Imagine that a scan is going down your body starting with the tip of your head. As you scan down see yourself releasing all negativity and tense energy as you breath out.

Imagine that your blood and oxygen are flowing more freely to every part of your body as you continue to relax.

 As you scan down, release the tension in your jaw, your neck and shoulders, your back and continue all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Now imagine yourself in the most peaceful place you can think of. Hear the tranquil sounds and feel the sun and the gentle breeze on your face.

In your imagination, gently sit down and cross your legs with your hands in your lap.

Now, in front of you imagine a movie screen with a movie playing. You see yourself in the movie as you are today.

Now, think of something you want to manifest in your life, and see it appear with you in the movie.

In the movie you can see that you already have the thing that you desire.

Now imagine standing up and stepping forward into the movie screen alongside the object of your desire.

Feel the love, happiness and excitement for this thing you have created.

Take note of how this makes you feel. Notice what’s around you and look at how your life has changed because this dream has become a reality.

After you have taken in the whole scene and really immersed yourself in the feelings of the moment gently bring your attention back to your body and feel the weight of your body on the chair or floor.

Follow your breath for 10 breaths or so and finally take a couple of deep breathes. then open your eyes.

Sit with your eyes open but remain still for a short while before you return to your normal activities, you may want to stretch your arms and legs before getting up.

You can repeat this mind movie meditation regularly to help you focus on what you want.

If you are just getting started, I would recommend easing yourself in with baby steps to begin with. Perhaps try a short 5 minute session to start with and work up from there.

A Rule for Thoughtful Manifestation

Whilst practicing this law of attraction meditation, take care to train yourself to focus on one positive thought or desire at any one time.

Manifestation can be a powerful force, so be careful to direct it towards positive outcomes.

All of our thoughts both positive and negative have ripple effects in our lives. They affect the opportunities that are presented to us and the events that occur in our lives.

Using meditation to improve your focus on positive thoughts and beliefs helps you to become more aligned and in tune with your higher self.
